So what does it cost?

After your first No Obligation and No Cost consultation our fees are charged on a consultancy basis depending on the task at hand. Our fees are quoted up front on a fixed price basis so that you know what to expect. We further break that quote down to each stage of the job. There is no obligation to use our services all the way through. We can manage your project from design to finish or we can pick it up part way through, even if things have gone wrong with a previous architect and/or builder. Some of our most satisfying results have come from picking up jobs that had gone off the rails.

 We are Licensed Builders and Project Managers meaning that you have access to the QBCC if ever things did go wrong and we carry both Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance to provide you with peace of mind and protection.
